This is a slide in tilt latch unit from a Simonton double hung window. I also included a shot of the window tag. I am looking for a slide in direct replacement. Thank you.

Top length is 2 5/8 and top is 5/8 wide.......photos attached Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. J Chyson

I have not uninstalled these until I can find replacements. I don't want to take them out and not be able to have my sash stay in. One phone shows the intact tilt release. The other photo shows a missing lever to pull the tilt release inward. The photo also shows that the angle is broken off of the ... (cont.)

The clip to open the window so you can tilt it in to clean is broken. Actually, I have two broken clips. Can it be replaced, if so do you have the replacement part?Lu-Ann

This just slides in. No screws required The tilt latches were broken when my Simonton window was hit during a tornado by neighbors garbage can as wind crashed it into the window. Looking for this style insert tilt in latch, it simply slides into the side of the window frame, note the finger lever is deeper than the ones found in your site

Hi, all of my windows are in need of the tilt latch and I believe the shoe. I think the balance is fine as it's showing at the top of the window and I think it needs the shoe to hold it in place. I need replacement balance coil housings, pivot bars, and latches. Which items are compatible?

No marking found on device. It is 2-9/16"X3/4 wide X-"3/8" Height. The U shape is "9/16 wide. I would be needing left and right sides.

The locking mechanism that allows you to tilt the quantum 2 3 of my windows are broken on both sides Can not raise the windows because the top of window falls in. Windows were installed in 4-23-2002
