No markings on keep, it measures 2 11/16 long x 11/16 wide. Windows are double hung tilt, I think Farley Classic 1450.

The balance widow shoes I received were very close but not close enough to work properly. So I sent you this picture of the window type itself. I also need the spring type slides that allow the window to tilt open and drop down for cleaning.

Looking for this window clip that sits on top of the window that you're able to tilt it out and then push the window back in place and it guides it up and down

We are having two issues with this window. One, it appears that the latch to pull the window into the house to clean has broken - picture one. Are we able to replace this ourselves? The part in picture two is stuck or broken and we can't move it to get it attached back to the window. So right now ... (cont.)

Are these tilt latches universal? Will they fit the slot on all tilt windows? It seems the old ones that I need to replace are slimmer than the ones in your video. Maybe the same size as the ones you're selling.
