This is a picture of a right side (looking inside to outside) tilt window switch to release the window. The measurements are given via the tape measure pics. Looking for replacement latch for tilt in window. Do not know what brand this is. The only marking I can find on the latch is R23 on the bottom.

I believe this is an Alside window - not sure. Also not sure if the part I need is left or right (It's on the right looking out the window, but that looks like the left version in catalogs).

No markings on keep, it measures 2 11/16 long x 11/16 wide. Windows are double hung tilt, I think Farley Classic 1450.
