26-244 Tilt Window Latch, Right Hand

I need help identifying these latches. I just bought a house that had these latches in the windows, however just about all of them are broken. I'm not even sure if the original color was white or a beige. Let me know if there is any other information that would help.

Measurements across the top are: 2 5/8" X 11/16"

I think I need a new set of coil balances I also need new latches for the top. Can you please help? Thanks -Dave

They had ones very similar to this size in home depot, but that had to little things sticking out from the side which would block it from going in. I have three windows that will not stay up. The sash balance spring assembly? Has a flat area that is pinned and attaches to the slide. This is the weak area and has broken there. Also I need the window catch pictured.

Do you have a window balance as in the attached picture?

Hi, I've been told my windows are from Gapco and it appears you are their parts people. Help please. Several of the window tilt latches have deteriorated over time. A few pic's are included. It appears I need the 26-393 but request your advice. Thank you! Steve B

The wind blew robustly causing the window to fall out the wall. Somehow the locks were both open & this piece was broken. The windows are 19 years old when installed as new construction. I'm pretty sure that I cold called on Swisco some 20 years ago to inquire about your heattreating needs. ... (cont.)
