26-244 Tilt Window Latch, Right Hand

The 1st picture is of the part intact, the second is the broken one. The latch that slides back and allows the spring to depress so the window will tip in is what is broken off. The latch measures 3 inches by 1/2 inch. We haven't removed the broken one yet so I can't provide a picture of its inner w ... (cont.)

I need to figure out what the part number is for replacement tilt latches for my windows. Half the windows in my house need the latches replaced.

This part is the top slider. Broken. Needs to be pressed to tilt bottom double hung window for cleaning. Window is a replacement window. Manufactured in 1998. Can you also send instructions on how to replace this part?

Taken from an older window maybe 1950's. I don't have a picture of one on the window but can get one if needed.

I have Farley Series 600 Double Hung Windows in my house from 2003. I need to replace several of the latches which are starting to break. Hi. I'm looking for a replacement latch for Patriot (Ply Gem) windows installed in 2008. The top surface rectangle of the latch measures 2 1/2" x 1/2". The underside is 9/16" wide and the thickness is 3/8". Thank you.
