Need to replace my milguard casement hardware. Window does not close.

I have measured the hex bolt this attaches to and it appears to be 11/32 Would I be right in that? 5/16 seems to be fractionally too small. The casement window this handle is for is about 10 years old.

The mechanism is longer opening the window. I don't know the window brand and I don't have any serial numbers. I need left and right opening mechanisms.

These Solar Industries Inc. windows were purchased in April 1999 through Home Depot. The window mechanisms seem to work fine except that the hand crank part is breaking on all of them. HI! Looking for one of these casement operator handles. Only marking I found was P4601. I located on your site a white version of what I need, but need this color. Was unable to locate any examples of this color. Can you help? Thanks! Tim

We require one window crank assembly for window that opens to the left when viewed from inside.

We need one handle for a Seaway casement window. There is a number on the underside of the handle: P1601. It also has a set screw. Thank you!

Hi- I am getting ready to order your 5/16 spline window crank (Product Code 39-274) but wanted to make sure it will fit a hexagon shaped receiver. I have ordered cranks before but they didn't work because they come with a round end. See picture for shape. Thank you! Leslee
