39-230 White Handle w/ Set Screw, 5/16" Hex

I'm having a difficult time sourcing replacement handles that fit my year 2000 casement windows (I believe they are Milgard). The spindle is six sided (P4601) and I've only found replacements that are 11 or 12 splines. Any chance you have the part?

This operator clips onto a separate arm that is attached to the windshield.

The first photo is the crank assembly (missing handle) on the right side of the window. It is no longer working and needs a handle. I need both parts. I think it's truth elipse hardware but I don't see any markings. The plastic spline adapter is stripped. need the crank mechanism and likely a new handle if the style isn't the same.

Hi! The window in question was installed in 2006 - 2007. It won't close fully, leaving a .5 inch gap at the open side. Manually cranking doesn't help.
