Hi, this window will not fully close without someone pushing the window on the outside. There is a small piece of the linage broken, it looks like it is supposed to snap on to a small head but it is worn away and won't stay clipped on. I purchased 2 handles, part# 39-230. They do not fit because it has a hex opening. Do you have a similar part that is round?

need the crank handle for this type of window receiver bolt. (white crank handle for set screw hex bolt) looks like roughly 3/8"? not 11/32

I need these cranks. I ordered the wrong ones 39-232. It's a hex nut under the handle. There's a plastic cap then a spring underneath then a heat nut instead of a spline.

This is for a milgard window. The window is 20+ years old. I have contacted Milgard and they no longer make or have this part. The gears appear to be striped. Hopefully you can find something that will work for me

There are no company designation on the pieces. There is an "A" and "B" on the arms for LH/RH. The hinge point/pivot on the bottom of the window is unusual, it has mating parts that can be adjusted left and right on sliding/serrated surfaces. Any help would be great. I need a handle (old one is stripped) for a casement window. I have a 5/16ths ratchet fitting that fits perfectly. I bought a handle with 5/16ths bore and it would not fit.
