I have Milgard 3510 Casement Product Line 032-167. One photo shows a complete bottom operator. The other photo shows a bottom operator for a right hinge window that is missing a piece which rusted off. Can you find a replacement?

I have the same problem as another customer. My window on the swinging outside edge sags and has to be picked up to close. Hi. Please direct ne to the correct replacement part. The balance shoe on one side is definitely broken and I am happy to replace both. I think the spiral balance rods are actually still ok (at least on this window). I do have others to fix as well. I just watched a video on another site which ... (cont.)
