I need operator for left and right windows.

I have Milgard 3510 Casement Product Line 032-167. One photo shows a complete bottom operator. The other photo shows a bottom operator for a right hinge window that is missing a piece which rusted off. Can you find a replacement?

I have the same problem as another customer. My window on the swinging outside edge sags and has to be picked up to close. I do not have that cool milgard adjustment screw that youtube says is used to adjust. Building built around 2006. The material hinges appear to be weak and have a lot of fle ... (cont.)

Hi. Please direct ne to the correct replacement part. The balance shoe on one side is definitely broken and I am happy to replace both. I think the spiral balance rods are actually still ok (at least on this window). I do have others to fix as well. I just watched a video on another site which ... (cont.)
