I ordered 18-192 (left in photo) but need the one on right replaced. Please recommend a replacement. Thank you!

I need to replace the top sash guides for channel balances.

I'm looking for white top sash guides (need 10) but can't find the specific size I need. If a different size will work please let me know. I attached a Drawling of the piece I need. 5/8" wide, top is 1 3/16" wide, length is 1 13/16"(top to bottom). We can't match it with anything on your website. Can you help? I have lawson SH7500 windows, and the pane has stepped out of the guide/channel - is there a fix for this? Also on another one, the mechanism is broken , as it will not stay up

Which would be used on a Lawson series SH-700?

I ordered two 28" series 385 channel balance and after putting them on the window frame and re-install the window one top sash guide broke and the other one is partially broken.
