Looking for this handle DR05-1510 for my back patio sliding door

Hello, my mother in laws sliding glass door handle lock latch broke and the handke screws were stripped. I need to order a whole set. I think it's a Millard but not sure which model. Thank you!

I wanted to convert the existing sliding door handle to include an external lock mechanism. I now think I can see the problem as lock shaft does not line up with the interior latch rod. At first look I thought the 82-108 would allow me to replace the broken part of my DR05-1510. But then I saw it's actually a different design - mine has an external-facing mounting plate. Is there a less wasteful alternative to buying the whole 82-080 set?
