The second picture shows where the piece of metal snapped off of the handle where the screw goes in. That is the only part that is broken. Do you have a replacement part for that portion?

Hello, We have a new okna sliding glass door and hoping you can recommend a handle set / parts that will allow us to lock it from the outside?

We have large sliding glass doors and one handle is damaged. I would like to replace the handle. I can't find a manufacturer on the glass doors, but the attached screen doors say 'Aluminite'. Milguard Windows sliding glass door, built in 1993 so door likely dates from 1992/93. the internal mechanism is broken, latch does not extend or retract with handle movement, it just...sits there listlessly.
