Hello I am looking for the door handle/lock to following: Series: Legance 3 Patio Door Type: DDSG Code: TRI-K-36 Can anyone help me with the model number? And where I can purchase if it's online or if I can purchase at the store?

I need to see if there is a replacement product for my sliding glass door handle/lock. Door is approx 79" tall x 94"wide. It is a white vinyl door; looks like it was manufactured by Insulate Inc. My door is stuck in the unlock position. I can spring the lock by inserting a knife in the mechanism, so I know it has two lock hooks. It has a keyed entry but I don't seem to have keys. Would you have replacement parts for pictures 211001 and 15657. The latch pin broke off and handle. The handle says it was made in New Zealand if that helps at all.
