26-431P Combo Tilt Latch Sash Lock Device Pair

I can't find the brand or serial number . It's from my windows .

Building was built in 2003 or so. See attached photos.

I have these combo latches on the windows in my Florida home that was built in 2000 and they are now brittle from the sunlight. I would like replacements. 4" screw spacing and 1 1/2" between the 2 closest together.

I need 3 2 rights and1 left thanks in advance

Tilt sash top latch that runs in narrow groove between sash and channel balance. Old original shown in one photo. I bought replacements from you shown in 4 photos that didn't have the sash locks. Both clips have "SA" marked on the inside with a triangle symbol above the letters. One has the #1 and other the #3 on it.

This is for a tilt window. It is the tilt latch and lock. I'm sorry but could not remove it....this was a new customer of mine and I did not want to remove it.
