Long piece is serviceable. Short one is the broken one. Picture of frame shows sash the part goes into.

We just received our order of pivot bars and in the box they came in was a 3" stainless steel bar, that does not show on your web site and it's really what we wanted so how do I get them in the future?? STAINLESS STEEL PIVOT BAR, 2" Product Code: 26-313

Looking for replacement pins for my generic vinyl windows. They have no name and the pins are broken from the bottom of the window. I believe they lock the window in place so it doesn't come out

There are no numbers on this part or on the windows. The windows are double hung vinyl. Please have your experts review this piece and see if they can help me locate it. Thank you
