I bought spiral balances from you to replace rusty parts on a tilt window. It seems I also need new pivot bars and locks, as the old pivot bars rusted away and left rusty stubs in the pivot locks. Looking to see if you can identify this part that is attached to the bottom of the window that goes into the balance clips

The metal spiral lifter measures 32 in exactly. The plastic piece that receives the window U channel tab is a blue circle

I didn't see any numbers or markings on the coil spring. The window is 31 X 52. The plastic piece that held the coil spring broke apart when I tilt the window. I have 8 windows and some don't tilt in as they are suppose to.

Looking for these replacement parts on the website. Can you help?

I have a 2 inch long pivot bar with a pilot hole on the top at 1 5/8 " The width of the pivot bar is 1/4 inch. The height of the pivot bar is 3/16 of an inch. I am looking for several of these can you help me?

I need a steel spiral balance pivot where the spiral balance is blue tip and 3/8 in. The pivot itself is 1/4" wide, 3/16" tall, and 2 inches long. The balance pivot fits into a red plastic insert when reinstalling the lower sash.

I need 2 inch pivot bars for vinyl window,nothing seems to look similar.

I need an unbent one, and I realize that I'll have to compress the extruded channel since it stretched open to get the window open. I straightened it once, and think it'll be weak fro work hardening... it is 1/4 wide, and 3/16 thick, about 2" long.

I thought I bought he correct pivot shoe 5/8 thick. But after i replace 4 of them and tried to re hang the windows the pivot bar wont fit into the Pivot Shoe. I had to replace a pivot, I bought the same as the opposite side. I noticed that the outer window it is longer than the inner window by 1/2 inch. The inner is 1/2 inch on both sides. I replaced one on the inner also. Are the pivots suppose to expose the same distance of bar on each end? Why a ... (cont.)
