38-207 Multi-point Locking Handle, 3-5/16"

Hi, I'm looking for a replacement for this vinyl window cam lock. The screw spacing is exactly 3-1/4". It's a long-body style and is left-hand orientation. The internal cam/pawl is missing. The lock has a moulded marking on the housing. I've attached photos showing the lock, the measurement, the kee ... (cont.)

My window lock is not keeping the window firmly shut anymore. I am hoping if I replace the lock i can improve the air seal of the window.

When I lock the window it does not latch in the locked position

How do I determine what what to order?

Attached are window latches on our windows. There are 2 latches on each window. They are white and approx 3 inches long. A number of the latches are broken. Hope you can help us. Thanks, Tom
