I have Bryn Mawr II double-hung windows installed about 10 years ago. I do not have the model number and am looking to replace some of the spring-loaded tilt latches. Any ideas where I could get these?

I have certainteed vinyl windows. The latches on one of the windows that allows you to tilt window are broken. I would like to replace them. I cannot find the serial number on the window.

I replaced my windows 4 years ago with Certainteed windows. While cleaning my windows the spring latch on the top of the top window that allows you to tilt the window in for cleaning broke.
