Need help finding a lock that will fit or new assembly with lock as we would like to be able to lock and enter from the outside when needed

Do you have just the black lever piece with center screw for locking the door. The little handle broke off from screwed on center piece. My wife threw pieces out. I need in white if possible. ThanksAnthony

This handle set looks like it will replace what we already have with one exception, there is no keyed lock. Do you have anything like this 82-082 with a keyed lock? Thanks, Jack

These pictures aren't the best. We can't find any marking on the door. It is a standard patio sliding glass door with a simple cam locking mechanism. I have a glass sliding door on the back of my house and handle broke. I don't know the manufacture and there is no markings on the door anywhere that I can find to know the model or serial number. I'm looking for a replacement, and I can adjust the holes if necessary.
