I need new tracks & my rollers are concave,but there appears to be more options that fit convex rollers. Can I convert my glass doors to convex rollers or do they have to be concave (my doors are 8 feet tall & vary in width between 22" & 48. Thanks

Roller23-028 9/16 measurement is too deep doors wont bypass.

The part only says Masterful. Wheel I understand is convex. Please see photos. Do you have it?

I have 3 sets of Mirror Bipass doors that I would like to convert to bottom roller bearing. If that is not practical, then would would at least like to replace the bottom guides. Any advice?

I ordered track for my doors it was item #23-240. But I need to order bottom roller for it . The ones I have will not work what items will I need to order that will work.

The rollers on the bottom of the door are broken on both sides - the roller has separated from the height adjustment screw. HOw can I get replace parts and what is the exact part or part # ?

I need to replace Contractors Wardrobe rollers for sliding mirror doors. I would like four new rollers. The wheels have worn down on the original rollers. I ordered four of these new rollers from you recently, but I was shipped the wrong ones. They look nothing like these and do not fit. Please ... (cont.)

Existing unit is 48-50mm wide by 75mm tall. The wheel is plastic/nylon 32mm diameter. The doors are full height floor to ceiling and weigh about 40kgs each.
