I have ordered 3 different kinds the last one was perfect except the end part did not fit into the window shoe to small. I am hoping this will help find the right one. Cannot seem to find the exact one from ur website ty lisa

I’m trying to find this pivot bar.

The pivot bars on my ViWinco double hung windows have been breaking. I need to order replacements. I have attached a picture of the last replacement pivot bar I received from ViWinco along with the dimensions. Can you please help me identify the correct replacements to purchase?

I need to match the balance shoe. It's about an inch or inch eighth wide. It matches those pins for reference.

I bought a couple of window parts to replace the broken ones. I have pictures of the broken part in a few areas. I have sent the photos of the broken part pivot. I have a couple of the 26-449 that I thought last time that they would work, they don't.

This window is an Alliance window installed circa 2004. Original contractor has shut his doors so I do not have specific information.
