I need 10 of the handle sleeves that relieve the actual metal lock lever that protrudes out of the slot on the stricken side of the casement. I have this lock lever with a rounded fork end. Do you have these? I need 10 of them.

The internal part of the mechanism....the part that is inside the window casing, no longer works.

The handle broke off and need to order a new one but I do not know where to order from. DS

I have purchased your Handle and Escutcheon, Truth Mirage and it didn't match my existing one and the sizes are different. Do you have a different size? Mines is the one in black

Hi there, I'm looking for the part that is inserted into a casement window and allows for the lock handle to lock into place. F-6200-35 are the numbers found on the piece. I'm unsure of what additional info to provide. Thank you for your time, Cristian

Hi, I have 4 JELD WEN G0307381573590 windows. Unfortunately, 3 of the windows have lost the clasp handle and need to be replaced. I need two right side and one left side clasp handle. (Please see the attached picture of the one remaining handle I have.) Also, I need a 6 foot piece of replacem ... (cont.)

As per our phone conversation, please find attached a picture showing the handle for the Pozzi casement windows I have. The handle is approximately 3.25 inches long. Please advise if you have replacements for the handle that I can purchase.

Casement lock lever and trim, crank lever I need two of each item, 6 pieces total.

Hello would you be able to tell which lock hardware would fit/match this?

Caption says it all...looking for the "fork" type gadget that is placed on the inside of Pozzi window to open/lock. Looks like a tuning fork and I've had the "tines" on a couple break.

See attached photo. It looks like Truth Hardware, but I'm not totally sure. The escutcheon part has been worn out for sure.

I recently moved into a house with Jeld-wen windows, and a few of them are missing hardware. It appears that I need two covers, two handles, and one right hand locking mechanism. Thank you!

This latch does not operate. It seems to be part of the jamb. And is there any way to repair or replace it? I do not know the manufacture.

I am looking for these locks. I could not identify the window brand. this is a flush mount lock with a rod that passes through the inner part of the locking mech. I apologize but I did not get any other measurements or pictures yet.

I believe it is a jeld when window- marking in corner says JW BEND. I need the lever and cover for the opening , other hardware is truth, but I have not seen this kind of attachment point before. Opening for the lever cover is 4.25 inches.
