I have a broken pane of plat glass and need to replace it. The Glazing Strip (?) is made of aluminum. Can you identify this part?

Hi, I need assistance identifying this moulding or a suitable replacement. This is used on a basement window and holds the glass into the aluminum frame. Any assistance you can provide is appreciated. BR Doug

Does a window usually have just one type on all sides, or do they differ? Also would it be possible or easier to just get a glazing compound to go around the old windows. Pretty much every window in my house needs repairs like this.

I realize Kinco is out of business but if you could match this to something close that will work. The missing piece is only sixteen inches long and is not easily seen since it is behind shrubbery. This plastic in the picture does not snap into place. It seems to run underneath the glass insert. This window is a double pane insulated window. Is is possible to replace this plastic piece? And if so, it is a difficult job?
