The length of the balance metal part is 24 inches and the length of the window sash is 25-1/2 inches.

I have an old 24" window balance with the stamp 23-3 on it. I do not see this part in your catalogue. is there an updated equivalent part? Thanks

I need four window balance for my Traco 240 Series, Miami-Dade single hung impact windows. The existing balance are stamped 23DS 38 and have stamped BSI PP; the sash measure 50 1/4" x 25 7/8";The steel portion of the balance measure 24"x 5/8"x5/8" The balance top appears to be # 19-041 and shoe # 15 ... The balance, not including the nylon ends is 30 inches. The markings indicate "2950". This is from a single hung window. Thanks!

The stamp is 2390 rk 26. It measures 24" metal only.

I need the complete window balance

I need the balances and the guides for my Kinco windows. The balances have the following numbers/letters 34 4 NM BSI. I could not find any identifying marks on the guides. I was wondering if you could match the guides to the balances. Also the guides seem to be the root of the problem, do they make ... (cont.)
