Hello. I need to replace two balances. They are marked 2720 but I'm not sure what top clips I need. I have attached a picture of the clip retainer at the top of the window and the clip as it sits at the top of the balance. The width across the white clip is 7/8 in. Appreciate any assistance. ... I need to replace my Side-Load Single Hung Balance Spring because the string broke. As shown in the picture it measures 22" and the metal piece is 10/16" wide. 20-4 CA2 CMC 7 is written on the left balance spring. The aluminum window frame had a logo that looked like a "MM" or "WW" ... (cont.)

I need to replace the channel balances on our IWC single hung windows. The balance length is 24", 1/2" wide, marked 23 20 DS and I was initially thinking the 377 2320 would work but the top looks more like a 19-041 than a 19-018. Could you advise? I've attached pictures.

ok.. I am repairing newly bought home windows that need attention, single hung. I closely match the S380 except the bottom channel shoe dim is not 1" but 15/16". Also the flat side is alittle different. So question, is this a show stopper or is there another option? Thanks for the input. Also ... (cont.)
