The parts needed came out of my 1998 patroit man. home the pivot bar is 2" ,long has three tapped holes square end with a groove on top. First hole from pivot end measures 3/4" next second hole measures 1 1/8" and 3rd holes which is used measures 1 9/16th " thickness is 3/16th" width is 1/4". lookin ... (cont.)

I have a pivot bar stamped with 8287 that needs to be replaced. The unbroken piece looks to be 2.5".

Looking for these pivot bars for our doublewide windows.

This is a part of the lower sash window it locks the bottom of the window to the spiral guide and is fastened to the lower sash with one screw at bottom edge of window. I would need 7 sets with crews please let me know if they are still available Thank you David

his is part of the order that I made a couple weeks ago related to some windows. I thought this was supposed to be part of the order but wasn't included in the shipment.

Bottom peg for windows hold open

It is the piece attached to the window that allows it to connect to the spiral balance on the bottom of the window.

As you will see one end has broken off & the length of the pin is now about 1 1/8". Are these available & do you have a video on how to install it? Thank you. John

I have pivot shoes identical to these that do not need replacing, however, I need to replace the pivot bars (26-327). Getting the sash out was easy because the pivot bars were broken. Hello, my spiral balances measure .385 in diameter and have red tips. The ones I've measured so far are 26" and 24" in length. I just bought the 1998 Skyline Brookstone double wide and all spiral balancers appear to be failed which caused the pivot pins to break on every window but one. I found the ... (cont.)

I live in a Oak Creek manufactured home. I have a Kinro 45 x 50 vinyl tilt window that have parts at the bottom of the sliding panel that will have broken off and can not insert into the balancers. I am looking for those parts. Can you help
