We have aluminum frame, single pane windows (from the 1980's probably). Many of the hinges/sliders are broken. One has been replaced with Truth brand hardware, which works well. We are working on rehabilitating the historic wood awning windows at a high school in Portland. Do you have an awning arm operator with a limiter to replace the existing operator arms and metal stop, which is blowing out the jamb (see attached photos - this occurs on both sides of the windows. I have a hyt-lite acrylic block window and the track has rusted and cannot open or close it. I'm curious if this will fit. It appears similar

From inside the home this broken hinge is upper right. Need replacement part.

I believe it is called the vent arm or track assembly. It is not the crank or operator. It is the mechanism that the operator connects to that slides and pulls the sash back into the frame as it closes.

Tilts out. Window for school I cannot find the part on your site. Any help would be great. I tried to use the website to submit it but wouldn't allow me. Over all length is 20 3/8" and not extended to max. aluminum window. Mike G
