I am looking for what I believe it a top sash guide, but have been unable to locate one on your website (which is very easy to use for us old geezers -thank you). Attached are a couple of photos of the part I need. Do you carry anything like this?

I'm seeking to find replacement parts for this high-rise window (aluminum) with a rubber sash guide and this funky looking window stop with a unique clip. I looking for some part for school window. this is non tilt window .I found two part 17-096 Bracket Assembly and 18-149 top sash guide pair.But I also need other part bracket.The size wide 1 4/8 H 3 6/8.Can you help? Benson

These seem to be a generic clip. 1-3 4 wide by 3l long by 1-3/8 deep on return portion. Need immediately if you have a source. Thanks, Chris

Have a client who has old Winstrom Aluminum sliding windows. Need another of these corner pieces like in the photo. Any chance this is something swisco stocks?

Black part is an Sash Cap - Existing marking reads - H-676 R-H Sliver piece is screwed into the each side of the hash towards the bottom of the side rails. Has no markings. Somehow works with the balance system to keep window up. Can you help? Jim W

Good morning I'm looking to get a price and part numbers for my balances the clips that hold them on and the plastic covers that screw to the windows to cover them I included pictures of all.
