Need a replacement for broken window balance clip

Good evening, My Series 8000/Georgetown DH window won't stay up any more. The metal band seems to have snapped. Would you be able to tell me what is the correct coil balance assembly would be for this window?

I am interested in ordering a few replacements of the plastic part which broke. Attached are a couple photos related to the window. Please let me what the cost would be.

Usually I can find out a balance just from experience but this one was odd/Unkown to me because I usually always see coil balances on double hungs but this one is on a single hung. I have a PGT 24" x 60" single hung window that I need balancer replacement parts for. The bottom moving window part is 24" x 30". It looks like the balancers on each side have a number 7 on them. I have a double hung window (I do not know the brand) where the lower half has broken coils or springs. It is the part that helps lift the window. I believe the hook where the spring attaches to has broken off so the balancer does not work.

For the left side of a MI3540 single hung window

For a Mi Window. One of the balance coil snapped in half, looking for a replacement. Looks like a single coil, stamped "M 8" on the plastic assembly, and the metal coil is stamped "8 A N". Think I'll need the plastic non-moving anchor as well as the moving plastic assembly with coil. ... (cont.)
