I believe the balance is a S210-10 (it says 10 on the side of it) I can't find the pivot pin on your website I believe the bracket is a 16-030 I need to know all 3 part numbers since I need to order multiples of each part Are there any special tools needed to help with the install? This balance comes from a PGT WinGuard SH5500 Tilt Window installed in 2020. Sash is impact rated, 49"w x 24"h. Tilt window constant force balance looks similar to (2ea) Swiss Code S161 stacked one on top of the other. Each plastic balance module is labeled 12. The combined measurement of the balanc ... I ordered the S161-07 which is I think the correct part, but the hold down is broke also and I don't see anything on your site that looks like mine. Im sending you a photo if you have the whole thing I would take that. Please let me know if you have something that might work
