The Photo on the right shows a broken lock handle. the other two shows a good handle. Cannot find any #'s or marks. I need to get a replacement for the broken one. It has 3 screws to install it. I part on the other window seems to be ok.Thank you for help. John

I need to replace the window latch/handle on my IWC vinyl sliding window

I have Cascade single hung windows bought in 2007. 18 of the windows need the hardware replaced. The single hung sash windows don't stay up very well. I need a replacement for this Mercer window latch from around 2009.

We need to replace this latch as it's recently stopped working. Having difficulties finding someone to fix this, as we are renovating our family home for sale. I've seen no numbers to speak of but took this picture. I hope this helps. Thank you so much.Pamela
