Looking for this lock

I am looking for a replacement lock for my Certainteed sliding window. The uploaded Pictures show it to be 3 3/8" x 1 1/4". I also uploaded the receiving piece. I did not see any markings or numbers on any pieces, just the plastic covering that attaches over the screws when installed says "CertainTe ... (cont.)

Sliding vinyl window, latch is not working, window is stuck in closed position

I have PLY GEM West Pro Series 200 or 400 window locks installed in my residence. Over time the covers that cover the attachment screw holes for my window locks have cracked.
