90-323 Sash Lock and Keeper Set

Looking to purchase several of these latches if you have them. We built the house in 2007 and windows are from about the same time.

Think it Window World but unsure. Need to replace and wondering if you all have this or a universal that could be used.

Please see the attached pictures. Distance between screw mounts is 1 7/16", Distance from screw mounts to keeper is 13/16". Keeper hole is a tiny bit more than 1 inch. I need 4 of these. I would be willing to go with a completely different style if it can work.Thanks,James

The sliding window latch pictured will no longer retract far enough to clear the keeper and allow the window to open. I am looking for the replacement part. Hello, The latch mechanism on my Milgard window no longer works; the window cannot be opened. The window was manufactured on May 27, 1999.
