Hello, The latch mechanism on my Milgard window no longer works; the window cannot be opened. The window was manufactured on May 27, 1999. I have tried to use the Milgard website to find a replacement part but it requires that I input a model number which I don't have. Attached is the sticker from ... (cont.)

Need : (1) Milguard Window lock and (1) Milguard 31-4 window balance spring

Our window lock broke, this lock pulls out to open. I do not move the brand or make of these windows.Lock is approximately 3 3/4" wide & is tan in color
