90-323 Sash Lock and Keeper Set

This latch is off of a sliding window in the living room. The only marking i can find is IWC.

Replaced my home windows in 2010. One of the lock/latch is broken and I can figure out where to find the replacement. Saw your company mentioned in Reddit and figured I give it a shot. Thanks

The MI window is 17 years old, and when they sent me a new balancer, it had the round connection down at the bottom for the pin coming out of the window. As you can see by my pictures, I need something with a flat rectangular type pin.

Hello, I have a standard milgard vinyl window that's 34.5x46.5 and opens inward from the middle (for cleaning) via a white plastic latch in the middle center of the window. The side latches and middle handle latch are broken. Can you recommend which replacement parts I should buy to fix these part ... (cont.)

Replacement Mercer Window Aeoleus 820 window handle mechanism needed. Handle broke. Mercer Industries, Inc was apparently bought by VPI Quality Windows in 2014. Dimensions 3.5" long x 1" wide x 1" deep.

Ply gem sliding window. I don't see any identifying info on the latch but was able to take it off easily. Looks like the metal broke and it won't latch anymore. Are replacements available?
