Replacement Mercer Window Aeoleus 820 window handle mechanism needed. Handle broke. Mercer Industries, Inc was apparently bought by VPI Quality Windows in 2014. Dimensions 3.5" long x 1" wide x 1" deep.

We have a latch that is about 19 years old. I wondered if you offered a replacement where I do not have to redial holes. - not sure which part is broken. It is either the pull latch or the receiver? Maybe you can tell by the picture. Thanks so much! Ed

Ply gem sliding window. I don't see any identifying info on the latch but was able to take it off easily. Looks like the metal broke and it won't latch anymore. Are replacements available?

Looking for a replacement to my Milgard window latch (photos attached)

Channel length: 27 inches Stamp: 26 4 GW CMC 7 Manufacturer: Milgard (approximately 2003) One balance definitely needs replacing. But I have heard I should replace the other balance too. Therefore two needed.

The lock on this ply gem window lock doesn't work anymore and I'm trying to find a replacement. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Looking to purchase several of these latches if you have them. We built the house in 2007 and windows are from about the same time.

Think it Window World but unsure. Need to replace and wondering if you all have this or a universal that could be used.

Please see the attached pictures. Distance between screw mounts is 1 7/16", Distance from screw mounts to keeper is 13/16". Keeper hole is a tiny bit more than 1 inch. I need 4 of these. I would be willing to go with a completely different style if it can work.Thanks,James

The sliding window latch pictured will no longer retract far enough to clear the keeper and allow the window to open. I am looking for the replacement part. I just ordered 90-323 but upon further review (and grabbing my glasses) the screw spacing measurement is not the same. I see no manufacturer ma ... (cont.)
