Hello, Need a replacement. Looks like the Legacy Keyed Handle Set, 3-15/16" (1-1/8" to 2-1/2")Product Code: 82-086 But my handle is 9 3/4" in over all height. Our sliding door lock does not properly work. As you can see from the picture, only one latch/hook works when you try to lock the door. The bottom latch/hook does not come out. 1. Which part number is this? 2. Do I also need to replace the door handle as well?

I am looking for the nut that goes on the bolt to tighten the sliding door handle. Attached are some photos showing the label and the handle from both sides.
