I don't think the bars are bad. When you close the window it does close on the side where the locks are. But the left side where there is no locks and it would be on the hinges if you had the window open does not draw close in too close or seal the window. It looks like that little piece down below ... You can probably identify better than me. I need the assembly for sash underside as well as track that sits on sill. Bar/ that mounts to sash and receives operator roller.Thank You , Richard

There are, unfortunately, no identifying marks or labels except one number on one of the arms which is 30350. These windows have bars at the top of the window and bottom. Any information you can provide would be helpful. Thank you!

When I opened my Truth left side opening casement window two very small rusted/corroded flat tops from small screws fell off. Now the window is inoperative. The track seems to be fine.
