Hi, I have Milgard windows and the window hinges that are attached to my casement windows are all rusted and the connection sliders are failing. I'm trying to determine what parts I would need to purchase. The end slider at the bottom corner of the window has broken off so the window can't be clos ... (cont.)

The inside mechanism is 5 inches wide The longest arm is 11 inches long The top, short arm is 4 inches long and attaches to another piece 4 inches long which attaches to the window. The bottom, short arm is 8 inches long The bottom, short arm has 31858 on it. There's no other identifying tags. Th ... (cont.)

Attached pls find 5 of the 10 photos. (Next 5 photos in 2 of 2 email). The problem being that the gears are stripped.

I am looking for this mechanism and any associated parts, clips, guides, etc as if it was a new installation. Thank you

To Whom it May Concern:The number 41011 is stamped on the underside of the long arm. There are six mounting screws, equally divided on the crankset mounting flange.Best wishes,Thomas

two windows don't work. trying to find if you would have these parts. I took pictures of window with cranks working.

I have a few of these window cranks in our house that no longer work. The handles say Thomas Clad and the bracket says Truth 31858. I believe that the gears are stripped out.Here is another window crank that has the cover removed and the one says Thomas Bilt.

The bigger arm far end is off the track and track slider disappeared, should I buy track slider 39-375?
