Hi there, can you help me figure out what part I need? This is a Milgard window. I believe the part we need is called an "operator". It is completely rusted/frozen/locked up in place. Hurd brand on the crank and 14DN99P imprinted on the interior part. Dimensions are 4 7/8 inch on the short bar and 5 inches on the crank measurement

Truth hardware 41011 on straight arm 31876 on pivot arm hardware off 2000 model thermo tech casement. Looking for 6 LH and 4 Rh operating

It looks like Roto Dual 39 341 and 39 342 will fit my windows. There is also a 7 inch hinge on top and bottom of windows. Can you give the part numbers for these hinges? Thank you Rich

I am looking to replace the dual pivot arm operator only. I need one in the orientation shown in the pictures and two in the opposite hand.

The photos show the casement window (Left hand side, Milgard 19-22" wide / 59" high). The crank device needs to be replaced. The attachment on the assembly that slides along the bottom of the window has worn out, and it pops down out of the track now, and no longer pulls the window closed. ... (cont.)

Milgard casement window operator stamped with the following numbers 31876 41011

We opened casement window and it would not close properly. Mechanism arms have rusted and detached from sash. Need to replace parts. The photos are of the functional casement window as we couldn't get pictures of broken one...too busy trying to keep window sash from falling off the roof. Help pleas ... (cont.)

I need help identifying the make and model of this window crank. I could not find a number anywhere on the handle cover or window to help me identify it.

Under window (black part) which the hinge is connected to.

The gear slips on our current casement hardware. We are hoping to purchase a replacement.

I am missing the small black palstic piece (one picture shows it missing from the arm and one shows the windows mate with the piece in place) that slides in the track under the window. This is a Jeld-Wen Casement window from about 2011.
