39-253LB Encore Dual Arm Operator, Sill Mount

I need replacement window crank parts for Hurd windows. (See photos.) The gears are wearing out, likely stripped. I'll need new cranks for three windows. Is this something you can provide? The part number is 14D001.

I need help with which exact operater and crank this could be because I want to replace everything completely and have all the needed parts to replace them

Photos of in place piece. Arm has a plastic piece on a knob that broke so arm will not engage slide on window bottom track.

Width of interior handle enclosure is 5" (13 cm). Width of shorter arm is about 5" Width of longer arm is ~10&1/4" or ~26cm Thanks for your help!

hi there I am looking to replace this hardware.

The 25 year old Hurd window is right hinged looking from the inside.

I believe this is a CertainTeed window. Window cranks out but not back in. The operator linkage is stamped Truth. Dimensions are as follows. Long arm is 10" Med arm is 7" Curved arm is 4.75" Hidden arm under window is 4.75" Left & right side operators needed. Thanks for your help. ... (cont.)
