39-448 Tie Bar Guide

This is the plastic piece that secures the sliding locking mechanism. I believe that the windows are Certainteed.

I ordered and received replacement parts. The parts were all correct. I forgot to order one part. It is the link bar connecting the crank assembly to the window. It is approx 3 inches long. This plastic piece held the closing arm against the window frame. The front of the plastic piece broke off and the closing arm does not stay in place without it. Thank you

Hello, On the casement window, the long bracket shown in these photos is missing on one window. We are trying to order a few new brackets to repair one window and have in inventory for future repairs. Thanks!

Weather shield casement window tie bar clip. The windows are vision vinyl and were installed about 2004.

There are three of these plastic clips that are helping guide this balance bar that locks the windows. I am sure I am using the wrong terms but I'm sure you will know exactly what the piece is. I believe the windows are TRUTH brand and they are casement. The pictures are of the right side of a double casement window that measures about 57.5" by 69". I need hardware for the left side. I need the window arms top and bottom and I need the locking mechanism. Can you help?

iI would like to know if tie bar 39-417 comes in metal rather than plastic. I find that the plastic ones are breaking after about 1 year. I have been replacing them and they are breaking after about 1 year

I have a casement window with "Truth" hardware. The locking mechanism no longer works because the plastic clips that hold & guide the Tie Bar are broken.
