Hello Friends, my mom has Truth crank open windows and this plastic clip broke recently. Hoping there is a replacement part available. Number on window is 31401 - hope that means something to you. :-)

Hello, I am looking for a part that holds the locking mechanism in place for an alside casement window. There are 2 plastic parts that holds the locking arm mechanism in place. The end of one has broken off so the locking arm falls out of alignment. Thanks.

These windows have a plastic guide on the side for the metal sliders, so you can crank the window shut and then an inside lever snugs the window up.the plastic piece has broken . This is my spare but would like 2 more spares.

There are 2 guides on the frame and both have broken. I believe the measure is 1-1/16 ? Is this something you carry? Please give me pricing, delivery charge and probable delay.

There are three of these plastic parts on my Traco casement window. One of them is broken. They pull the window in tight when locking. I am in need of one of these.

I have Thermal Industries casement windows that were installed in 1992. I am looking for a replacement plastic bracket that is on the window frame and is part of the locking mechanism. Unable to locate these guides for truth window parts locking mechanism

Hi Im looking for 3 replacement tie bar guides. I see Truth molded into the part. It is 1.11" x .75" x .29". .14" gap for tie bar thickness and .5" hole to hole. Please let me know if you have replacements and cost. Thx Scott

Do you have this part (I think it's a tie-bar keeper or retainer)? The rollers fit into it to hold the window closed. A lot of the parts for the casement window are Truth parts.
