I need to replace the white plastic part shown in the 2 pictures. Some have broken. I don't know what it is called and can't seem to ID it from from pics on your website. Appreciate your help. Tom

Hello, I have attached some pictures of a current working window. I'm looking for these parts for another window in my home same design as this, one is a left side hinge swing the other is a right side hinge. Please let me know if you need any other information.

I have a casement window where the metal bar fell off as I opened my window due to the plastic holder decay. See pictures. The first photo is off the decayed plastic holder and the second one is of the plastic holder in its complete form.

Hi, I have crestline vinyl casement windows (circa 2003) and these parts are getting brittle and breaking. They larger ones hold the tie bar locking mechanism in the jamb of the window and the smaller is attached to the sash and allows the locking bar to pull it in tight.
