Hi, I just replaced a Paradigm 24" casement sash. The hardware they sent is different than the existing and wont work. I need to replace a casement window crank operator shown in the picture is the bottom one shown in the pictures.

When we try and close the window the inner mechanics come out as well. It seems like the large screw is not secure.

I wanted to just change crank but looks like gear is in sealed case

Truth 45352, number on arm is 31876. I removed the operator on the left in the image but included pics of the right one for reference as it is still operational. The case is 4"7/8, the arm extended from the case is about 9"? Thanks for your help! Emma

Two casement windows installed in 2010 and both are coming free of the window operator. One window has left hand operator, other is right hand. Brand of operator is Truth. Number on arm is 32062.
