I used a app for measurement and may not be exactly correct and I'm not sure who makes the window. It appears that the control arm disconnected from the bracket on the window. I wanted to replace that bracket, control arm, and the crank. Any help with what Replacement parts will work? ... (cont.)

I need to replace these broken sash spring/pulley mechanisms. I don't see the little black L shaped piece which screws into the window woodwork cavity. I am willing to use whatever works.
