I need two R-40-28 and wood runners. Where can I obtain them?

unfortunately there's no markings, names or numbers on the part.

it looks like the only numbers on this part is a patent number which is 2857233. I'm not sure if that is helpful or not! I would appreciate any help you can provide and locating a part that will fix this little gem!

I am looking for replacements for the plastic drawer slides that fit on the bottom of these drawers. The other picture shows the center wood piece that the plastic piece slides over . Thank you.

I have a dresser box style drawer with a door with a bottom slide that the plastic piece in front is broken. I would prefer using original equipment rather than finding a secondary market solution. Thanks for your help.
