I replaced the Double Hook Mortise 82-238 along with the inner and outer handle. The existing Multi-point striker was not replaced, It is the 89-030. Previous owner removed the latch plate from one of my doors to install a pet door. I don't have a dog so I said he could take it when he moved out, but he didn't replace the strike plate when he removed it.

American Craftsman (believe is 2007) says Series 5800-SGD--also other numbers MFR-SL1. As you can see by the photos, I've had to replace pin with bolt and put JB Weld on outside cracked handle. Please let me know if you need additional photos.
