I need help identifying the white exterior plate that the handle attaches to. I also need the bolts/spacers that go with it. Roughly 12.5" from end to end, recessed into the door. I am not sure if I need a new mortise or a new lock/handle. The door lock needs to be jiggled up and down for it to unlock. Any ideas on what needs replaced? thanks!

I need to replace the lock on my patio sliding glass door. Pictures are attached. It's the long handle, like 11", not the short 8 1/2". It's a double latch. I can buy the entire handle, or just the lock, whatever you have.

Hi - This is from an eagle sliding patio door, circa 1999. No key lock. Offset. Bronze or antique brass. locking mechanism no longer works. Do you have replacement? Thanks

The locking latch lever on my Jeld-Wen patio door handle broke and it is not under warranty anymore. JW was not much help in finding a replacement.
