I just bought a house with sliding glass doors that looks to have the 82-086 handle with the 82-259 mortise and the 82-249 keeper. The mortise seems like something went wrong internally and wont lock or unlock sometime until you push the pin in. (it keeps popping back out). I was going to buy a rep ... (cont.)

Sliding door handle and mortise on patio door. Mechanism will no longer catch and lock the door. Locksmith installed a single mortise even though we said it needed a double mortise. Unit is about 10 inches with screws about 4 inches apart. Unable to find parts at big box stores.

Parks 82-089 and 82-090 are both listed as 8 1/2 inch. I needed a 10 inch handle. Did you have another part recommendation?

Hi! I am looking to replace the hardware on the door itself for the one in the photo. I don't care if it's the same color, would actually prefer brushed silver tone. I think I found the parts, but one door slides left and the other slides right, and I'm not sure if that makes a difference. I'm thinking I need 82-090 and 82-239. Please confirm and thank you.Tom

Looking for my back sliding door handle

The handle is dark brown. The overall length is 10". The mounting screw spacing is approximately 4". There are two molded markings on the under side of the handle. One is "Sash Controls Canton, SD". The other is "Patent D466787"
