My window coil balance shoes are broken and I need replacement parts. I found a similar post on your website that directs to the series 159 coil balance, but I don't have a balance weight stamp on the old coil. Each sash weighs 18 pounds. Thank you!

Hi, Last week, the window stopped going up after several inches, I would guess that the bent spring (from the right side of the window stopped it). My window is 14lbs. The coil balance snapped in two on both sides - I'd like to replace the entire piece (not just the coil) as they are 10+ years old. The issue is the width of the window channel.
