I need to replace 3 coils because the shoe broke. I also need to replace 3 pivot bars. I don't have part number but the coils appear to be 3 to a set. The window sash weights approximittely 38 pounds. I don't know if I can purchase just the coil that connects to the shoe housing or if I need th ... (cont.)

I would like to purchase 6 lefts and 6 rights for the balance assembly. Also 2 of the broken pivot pieces. I will also attach the stickers from the windows. My number is 267 615 7830. Thank you kindly

In 2005, I had Simonton 5500 series double Hung windows installed. Attached are pictures of the shoe and the coil spring from one of the windows.The spring is attached by the hook as shown. The spring has the number 8.5 printed on it. The 5 is not real clear and may be something else. What replaceme ... (cont.)
